Please note: this service operates on orders placed before 3pm on working days only. Orders placed on weekends, bank holidays, or after the 3pm cut-off will be delivered by 11am on the next working day.

Reason for trace and supporting evidence

The reason for the trace must be provided when submitting an order, together with any supporting documentation where applicable (e.g. proof of debt, proof of legal dispute, copy of the will, or other relevant evidence).

We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the lawful basis for the instruction before work commences. Orders submitted without the required information may be delayed or rejected until satisfactory evidence has been provided.
